How I Work: Your Journey Starts Now

I create a personalized coaching experience for you to help you successfully master your new lifestyle and attain your goals.

We’ll meet regularly to keep you on track and up-to-speed! 

I have three options outlined here but can customize them for you:

  • One Month Program
  • Three Month Accelerated Program
  • Weekend Intensive

One Month Program

Our entry-level plan consists of a One-Month Program.

It Includes:

  •   Initial Consult

  •   Two 30-minute follow up sessions

  •   Fabulous Vegan Recipes tailored for your

    tastes

  Ongoing email support

We will discover what works best for you and create a custom plan with recipes that you can easily prepare.

In advance of the Initial Consult I will ask you to
complete a few "discovery questions" so I can understand where you are at and what your goals are. You’ll also keep a brief log of your daily food and activity levels.

During the initial consult we will go over your background information and determine achievable goals. We will then select recipes to help you work towards those goals while being realistic about your particular life parameters.
